Wholesome, nutritional and easy to prepare products for our consumers, that have made Grupo Consorcio a trusted food company for the market, opting to launch the products onto the market that consumers demand, and which they appreciate and enjoy at their tables each day. Because we know how to innovate whilst retaining the natural essence of our products.

Our starting point is the raw materials extracted from the sea. But what happens after landing at port? Grupo Consorcio has been committed from the outset to maintaining their essence, but without loosing sight of the technological advances that add value to many aspects of the canning process, such as automated canning lines.
Over 39,000 m² in Spain are dedicated to bonito, anchovies, tuna and other ready meals. And with a 4,000 m² robotic logistics centre to reach our customers quickly.
And 13,000 m² in Peru at La Compañía Americana de Conservas, the largest anchovy fillet production plant in the world.
